Privacy Policy

What data nexebit.com collects, why it is processed, who receives it and what rights the people it concerns have.

1. Data Controller

The controller of personal data submitted through the contact form is Nexebit - Dominik Szaradowski, tax ID (NIP) 8883162187, REGON 525533879.

2. Scope of Data Processed

The contact form collects:

  • name,
  • email address,
  • message subject,
  • message content.

While using the site:

  • the selected site language is stored in the browser (localStorage, key preferredLang),
  • anonymous visit statistics are collected (Umami, cookieless, no personal identifiers),
  • the server may record the IP address, date and visited page in technical logs.

The site does not use cookies.

Data from the contact form is processed solely to respond to your message and continue the correspondence, on the basis of Article 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent) and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest of handling correspondence).

The language stored in the browser is used only to show the site in the selected language. Visit statistics are used for anonymous traffic analysis, and server logs to keep the site secure and working correctly. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

4. Recipients of Data

The contact form is operated by Web3Forms (web3forms.com), which acts as a processor. It forwards the message to the Nexebit email address and, according to its documentation, does not store submissions.

Visit statistics are handled by Umami on a self-hosted instance (um.nexebit.com). Statistical data is not shared with third parties.

Fonts and all other site files are served directly from nexebit.com, with no connections to external providers.

5. Transfers Outside the EEA

Web3Forms servers are located in the United States. Submitting the form therefore transfers its content to the US, outside the European Economic Area. No other data is transferred outside the EEA.

6. Retention Period

Messages from the contact form are kept until the conversation has ended and for the period necessary to fulfil any resulting obligations, up to 24 months from the date of receipt.

7. Your Rights

In connection with data processing, you have the right to:

  • access your data,
  • rectify (correct) it,
  • erase it (“right to be forgotten”),
  • restrict processing,
  • data portability,
  • object to processing,
  • withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing prior to withdrawal).

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa, Poland, uodo.gov.pl).
